Summary: T3 Fibre Card

Dear Managers,

Thanks to those who replied. It appears my assumptions were right, there is 
a newer fiber PCI card that will and did remedy the problem...It is much 
easier to read disks when they will actually communicate :) Thank you again 
for the sanity check...
